SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy

LULUAUTOMATION ships worldwide with DHL express and offers free shipping for all orders which donn't need rush shipping . Our warehouse work from Monday to Friday / 9:00 AM -5:00 PM . Order can be shipped out within 1-2 working days and it can arrive you within 3-7 days for stock parts . You will get a confirmation email with the tracking number after your order is shipped .

Return & Warranty

LULUAUTOMATION supply 30 days return serivce of invoice day , and goods must be returned in purchased condition -unused, Shipping cost is final and non refundable .The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product back to LULUAUTOMATION. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RMA number . Your payment will be gave back within 1-2 weeks after we get your return 

 

All parts are with LULUAUTOMATION 1-year warranty from orders are received. All warranties are provied by LULUAUTOMATION and not any brand manufacturer.
